Your tasks
- Process development for our equipment in the areas of wafer bonding and plasma processing of semiconductors
- Process support at customer site (worldwide)
- Equipment and process demonstration for customers
- Processing of specific customer requirements under clean room conditions
- Testing and quality control of plasma processes and equipment
- Participation in internal and external R&D projects
- Participation in international conferences
Your profile
- A Master's degree or PhD (University) in plasma physics or plasma processing.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of plasma physics / plasma processing is required
- Programming skills (C, Python, etc.) are an advantage
- Experience in data analysis is an advantage
- Structured and precise working style
- Enthusiastic and determined, with a professional demeanor
- Team-oriented with cross-departmental thinking
- MS Office skills and computer simulation skills are an advantage
- Solid English and German language skills
